Location & Accessibility
The office is located at 1714 West Jarrettsville Road, in the building with Cairnes-Tapley Insurance. It's a white house, now used for offices. It's very close to the traffic light at the intersection of Rt 23 (Norrisville Rd/West Jarrettsville Rd), and Rt 165 (Baldwin Mill Rd/Federal Hill Rd), where Keene Dodge is located. Both roads change names at this traffic light.
From Forest Hill, take Rt. 23 (East-West Highway) to the end at Rt 165. Turn right at the light at the end of 23. Or from Fallston or Baldwin, take 165 towards Jarrettsville. At the light by Keene Dodge, turn right onto West Jarrettsville Rd. Just past the 7-11, there are a few houses now used for offices on the left side of the road. 1714 has a sign for Cairnes-Tapley Insurance in front. It's a white colonial style house with dark blue trim.
From Street, Pylesville, Whiteford or Delta, take Rt. 165 south towards Jarrettsville. Turn left at the traffic light (by Keene Dodge) onto West Jarrettsville Rd. Look for 1714 and the sign for Cairnes-Tapley Insurance on your left, same as above.
From Norrisville, White Hall, New Freedom or Monkton, take Rt. 23 (Norrisville Rd) south towards Jarrettsville. Keep straight at the traffic light at 165, by Keene Dodge. Then look for 1714 on the left, as above.
