North Harford Counseling is dedicated to providing quality counseling services for children and adults in North Harford and the surrounding areas.

While working in Abingdon and Bel Air, I noticed that families from North Harford, and even as far as Pennsylvania, were driving an hour or more to counseling appointments. Driving home one day, I noticed an 'office for rent' sign, and decided to open a counseling practice in Jarrettsville.  Now, I'm working online.  You just need either a smart phone, a tablet, or a computer and we're connected!

Sometimes life's problems can build up and become overwhelming. Sometimes a good friend or close family member is just what you need. But there can be times when it's helpful to talk with someone who's not a part of your situation, someone with a new perspective.

A counseling relationship is a partnership, working towards goals that you choose. A counselor doesn't tell you what to do, but helps you identify and consider your options.
